Linda has a passion for helping people acquire a home life that reflects their desires and aspirations -- whether they are buy/selling a home or wanting to remodel their existing one. Linda started her journey into the real estate industry in 2011 when she originally wanted to get her license to learn more about investing in real estate so she could renovate homes for re-sale. Through the process, she fell in love with helping buyers and sellers with their homes, which was simply unexpected – finding that perfect home for a first-time buyer and seeing the joy on their faces when they closed, or the reward of using my design knowledge to fine-tune a seller’s home to maximize their return on investment. Soon, real estate transactions became an integral part of her design business that was established in 2003. Since then Linda has helped over 100 people buy or sell a home.
Prior to getting into the design/real estate field, Linda held administrative positions with upper level executives orchestrating and managing daily operations. She also spent over ten years in the labor relations field assisting in the negotiations of union contracts, grievance procedures, and disputes. The combination of skills Linda has acquired over the years has provided her clients with a higher level of service than other real estate agents can provide. Her ability to negotiate effectively and maneuver swiftly through the complicated process of real estate gives her clients a sense of ease throughout the transaction.
Linda points out, however, that "The bottom line for me is that I love what I do! I get to affect people’s lives daily in a POSITIVE way whether it's changing up their space or helping them make a transition into a new one. It’s all about connecting with people and sharing my gifts. That's what I truly enjoy."
